Saturday mornings at Morehouse Farm Park, Field 5, Weston

with Coach JB
Dates: Apr 10^th, May 1^st, 8^th, 15^th, 22^th

10:00am - 11:00am	8 TO 16	STRIKERS/FINISHING

Players will be divided into groups of appropriate ages and levels and participate in a safe and fun learning environment.

Footskills session will focus on:

Dribbling
Turning
Passing
Receiving
1 v 1 Defending and Attacking

Individual Attention/ Foot Skills

First Touch & Receiving

Combination Play

Pinpoint Passes

Speed of Play

	New Pre-season and Spring Break Camps

The Weston Soccer Club is pleased to offer for the first time an optional week of pre-season training for all players ages 9 through 14. This camp will be run by Kevin Fitzsimmons of Soccer Extreme and will focus on conditioning and drills to prepare for the upcoming spring season. Players do not have to be on a travel team to participate, but everyone must be pre-registered.

Dates:     Monday, March 29 through Friday, April 2
Location: South House field
Time:      3:30-4:30pm
Fee:        $85/player

We are also excited to offer a spring break camp to be held at Morehouse Farm Park. This camp will also be run by Kevin Fitzsimmons and his staff, and is open to all players from age 3 through 14.

Dates:     Monday, April 19 through Friday, April 23
Location: Morehouse Farm Park, fields TBD
Time:      9am-noon
Fee:        $185/player

	Weston Boys Soccer Team To Take Plunge for Charity

On March 27th, Coach Kevin Fitzsimmons and the Weston High Boys Soccer team will be jumping into the freezing waters of Long Island Sound at Jennings Beach in Fairfield, CT. Proceeds of the event will benefit all of the families at Burroughs Community Center. Nothing is more important than being prepared to help a child whose health is in jeopardy...
On Thursday evening, March 18th from 7 to 8:30 PM please join us in the WIS Cafetorium for Part II of the WIS PTO’s Parent Education Symposium Series. Get cutting edge, practical advice on how to handle the most common childhood emergencies. Learn what you should do "IF..." and more! Weston EMS's INJURY RESPONSE TEAM will empower parents to help school-age kids in a hands-on, interactive demonstration format. NON-CERTIFICATION BASED. ALL SCHOOLS WELCOME!

Registration is still open for the Rec programs (Tots, Pre-K, K, Grades 1 and 2) and the RecPlus programs (Grade 3 and Grades 4-8) for Spring 2010. Follow the Register Online tab at the left.

If you are interested in a spring HS girls travel team, please contact Sally Korsh at . If you're interested in a girls' or boys' high school Rec Plus team, please contact Sally (girls) or Marcia Hamelin (boys) at .

Please note that most registration programs close at the end of the day on March 14. By March 15, decisions will be made on all programs to determine that a sufficient number of players are registered.

If you need to make a payment for an already-registered travel player, just click on "Edit My Account" and you will be able to pay any remaining fees.
