 Fall 2009 Travel Soccer Tryouts

Step 1 Registration and Payment

Parents must complete this On-line application and pay the $350 program fee by May 26th.

If the player is offered a position and does not accept, $35 of this fee is not refundable.

Step 2 Confirmation of Paid Registration
 Be sure you have received an email confirmation that your registration is complete AND paid.

If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, your registration is incomplete. Please check spam filters and junk mail boxes for unknown addresses.

Step 3 Tryout Attendance
Player MUST attend their scheduled day or rain date, if applicable, for his/her tryout. See Schedule below. Tryouts will begin on June 3. Makeups, if weather requires them, would begin the week of June 8th.

Players should wear a white T-shirt, proper soccer shorts and socks, and bring an inflated ball, shin guards, soccer shoes and plenty of water. Do not wear your travel or rec uniform to tryouts.

Step 4 Tryout Paperwork   

Please bring the following to tryouts:
  1. A completed Pass Facsimile form (Click here to download) with a 1 inch X 1 inch photo affixed and with the PLAYER's signature.
     
  2. If the player WAS NOT on a Weston travel roster either Fall 2008 or Spring 2009, then bring COPY of Birth Certificate or Passport .; Do not bring originals, we accept only copies.
     
  3. If the player was NOT born in the US and WAS NOT on a Weston travel roster during either Fall 2008 or Spring 2009, then the following is required: 
    • Proof of US citizenship or the following:
       
    • If Child is 11 or younger, then need completed Proof of Entry Form with item of proof which may be certified U9/U10 roster.
      * Once this is done, no other forms will be required as the child ages.
    • If Child is 12-16, then need only Clearance Waiver Form.
    • If Child is 17 or older, then need Clearance Request Form.
      * If has proof of living in US prior to 12, then also need completed Proof of Entry Form with item of proof.
Step 5 Tryout Result
Emails regarding whether or not your child is offered a roster position will go out the week of June 22nd.

If your child is offered a roster position after tryouts, you will receive an email with a special link to accept or refuse the offer. If the player does not accept the position, $35 will be non-refundable.

You will also be notified by email if your child did not make a team. In this case your paid fee can either be refunded in full or applied to a Rec-Plus program with the remainder refunded.
